Yes, our plastic injection moulding company is DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified. This internationally recognised quality management standard confirms that we adhere to strict standards and processes to continuously improve the quality of our products and services.

By implementing a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, we can ensure that our customers always receive the highest quality products. This includes monitoring and controlling all production processes, from material procurement to manufacturing and final inspection.

With DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, you can be sure that our injection moulding plant complies with the highest quality standards and provides you with reliable, first-class products.

We serve a wide range of industries, including automotive, electronics, medical technology, engineering and many others. The company has the expertise and capabilities to meet the requirements of a variety of industries.

We are also proven in the field of food contact products and can guarantee the manufacture of safe products in this area. All the materials we use are always tested in independent laboratories in accordance with the latest European standards.

There are no limits to the plastic materials we can use. We work with the following plastics, among others:

  • Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA): transparent and colourless material with high UV resistance used for clear coverslips of household appliances
  • Polycarbonate (PC): transparent, heat-resistant and mechanically strong material used for the manufacture of indicator caps
  • Polyoximethylen (POM): material with high stiffness and strength complemented by excellent toughness processed for gear wheels of both household appliances and bicycle gears
  • Polyethylen (PE): a very widespread material known for its heat resistance and flexibility used for truck wheel covers
  • Polypropylen (PP): one of the most basic materials known for its heat resistance and good rigidity, where we place a high emphasis on health safety, as it is used for thermoses and insulating bottles in contact with food and a wide range of accessories for household appliances
  • Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TPO, SEBS): These materials are the link between elastomers and thermoplastics, are processed by injection moulding and yet retain a high degree of elasticity. We process thermoplastic elastomers into seals, grips, spacers and anti-vibration rings
  • Acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene copolymer (ABS): one of the basic technical materials with excellent workability, easily repaintable, used for highly demanding appearance parts of household appliances and gift items

Plastic injection moulding tools, also known as moulds or injection moulding tools, are specially made tools that are used to produce plastic parts. They consist of two halves that are joined together to form a cavity into which molten plastic material is injected.

The production of plastic injection moulding tools requires precise manufacturing techniques and high quality materials. The tools are generally produced by CNC machining, with moulds milled from steel or aluminium. The surface of the moulds must be polished and machined to ensure a smooth surface.

The Czech Republic is known for high quality and cost-effective plastic injection moulding. Labour costs are lower than in other European countries, resulting in competitive prices. The Czech Republic also has a well-trained skilled workforce and modern infrastructure.
Thanks to the proximity to Germany and other European markets, delivery times can be shortened and transport costs reduced. Companies also benefit from the high quality of Czech production and the ability to have smaller quantities produced cost-effectively.
